BlinkAI has released a demo video of the Night Video on Xiaomi Mi 11
The result is impressive, making the ... night-day when recording video.
Recently, Xiaomi unveiled the Xiaomi Mi 11 . In addition to its impressive features, such as the OLED screen and Snapdragon 888 processor, the Chinese company's flagship will use BlinkAI technology for night video recording.
In short, through the use of machine learning made possible by the Qualcomm Neural Processing Unit integrated by the Snapdragon 888, the algorithm improves the image quality in fractions of a second. BlinkAI's patented technology, therefore, helps the Xiaomi Mi 11 camera to give life to a very dark shot and the results look impressive.
So far, Xiaomi has not shown in depth the capabilities of the camera, but it seems that BlinkAI has overtaken it. Below are two videos from the company's official YouTube channel, where comparisons are made in the exact same image with and without BlinkAI Night Video.
The Xiaomi Mi 11 will have a triple camera with a 108MP main sensor with optical stabilization, a 13MP wide-angle camera and a 5MP telephoto lens. Thanks to them, it is able to record videos with a resolution of up to 8K, while using BlinkAI, the company invests in software, in addition to sensors and lenses, to give a more complete and balanced proposal.
With the device coming to the Chinese market first with the new year, we will definitely have much richer material in the coming weeks, most likely user material from real conditions. The Xiaomi Mi 11 will be released outside China in the second year, but so far we do not have more specific information.
